Booking conditions for photoshoot

*The package price is for a group of up to 2 (+2-3 children) people (Two adults and two (three) children). Starring more than 2 (4-5) people are subject to an additional charge of 40€ per person (+20 edited photos)

Short videos of the photoshoot for your Insta Stories or Reels 120€ (3000 CZK)
Reservation of the date is made after making an advance payment in the amount of 20€ (500 CZK) in a convenient way for you. (PayPal, Revolut (payment via the link using any credit or debit card) or bank transfer (IBAN (Swift))
Prepayment is a guarantee of booking the exact date and time of the photoshoot
I can pre-book a photoshoot date for you in advance without prepayment, but I cannot guarantee that the date will not be booked by another client.
Final payment is due on the day of the photoshoot
Urgent photo processing up to 7 days (1-3 days for selection and 1-4 days for retouching) + 30% of the cost of the selected package
Processing of additional photos 2€/pc
I don’t give away the original material in RAW format, but all the photos you choose for processing in RAW format can be redeemed for 100€
Studio rental is charged additionally

Social Media Publication:
By confirming your participation in the photoshoot, you automatically agree to the potential publication of the photographs on our official social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for the purpose of promoting our services and showcasing our portfolio. We aim to ensure that our posts reflect the quality of our work and contribute to our professional reputation.

Private Sessions:
Should you wish to restrict access to the photographs from your session and prohibit their publication, we are ready to accommodate your request. Private sessions are discussed on an individual basis and may include measures such as no publication on social media and granting you exclusive rights to the images.

Additional Charges:
For private sessions, including cases where a prohibition on photograph publication is required, an additional fee of +30% of the selected tariff will be charged.

Publication Prohibition Document:
At your request, we are prepared to sign an additional document confirming your right to prohibit the publication of photographs taken during the session. This document will serve as official confirmation of your choice and guarantee compliance with our corresponding requirements.
